Summary

Musical Wonderland and Christmas Spectacular are one hour, high energy, two hander, interactive shows touring to care homes and community venues across the UK.

Musical Wonderland is full of the old MGM classics and songs from High Society, My Fair Lady, Annie Get Your Gun and South Pacific as well as classics from Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra. This light hearted romantic comedy show is packed with beautiful, glitzy costumes and has several tap routines.

Christmas Spectacular is a high energy one hour show full of favourite Christmas numbers. This also has lots of glitzy costume changes and tap dancing. It's a romantic comedy show spreading Christmas cheer.

The show tours to a new county each week. there are up to 3 one hour shows a day Monday - Saturday. Tickled Pink book and pay for the accommodation and hire a new car and pay for all fuel during the tour.

The shows are interactive and we encourage our audiences to get involved by singing and dancing along. We are keen to hear from performers who are compassionate and kind and who have a genuine interest in community theatre touring the UK and bringing fabulous entertainment to those who may not be able to get to the theatre.

Musical Wonderland Rehearsals: August 21st, 22nd & 23rd Tours: August 25th - 18th October Christmas Spectacular Rehearsals: November 12th, 13th & 14th Tours: November 17th - December 24th. All performers must be available for Christmas Spectacular.

Casting details:

Selected performers will be requires to send a self tape / show reel with two songs, a short tap dance and performing part of the script. Successful performers will then be invited to a re-call audition in Central London Saturday 14th June.

Lead Female (Female, 21–35 years)

The lead female is a driver over 21 who has held her license for at least 12 months.

• The lead female must have a fabulous singing voice and be able to tap dance (even if it's basic).
• She is size 6-12 to fit the costumes. She has tons of energy and is bubbly and flirty. She loves to interact with the audience.
• We are looking for high energy pantomime performers who have great comic timing and can make people laugh.
• Preference will be given to performers with previous small scale touring experience and a genuine interest in travelling the country and visiting new places.

• Pay is £40.00 per one hour show: £80 for 2 shows a day £120 for 3 shows per day. Shows are Monday - Saturday. Performers will earn between £500-£680 per week.
• We book and pay for all accommodation through out the tour (unless the shows are close enough to go home for some of the weeks).
• We hire a tour car and pay for all fuel throughout the tour.
