TOUR - Exceptional dancers for London City Ballet

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ONLY SUBMIT IF SUITABLE

London City Ballet, under the artistic directorship of Christopher Marney, is seeking exceptional dancers for its inaugural tour in 2024.

We require dancers of all ranks to perform in a range of classical repertoire and new creations for a UK and International tour. Applicants should demonstrate proven artistry and an interest in narrative work. Excellent pointe work and strong partnering skills are essential, as well as a secure technique and training in classical ballet.

An audition will be held in London on 13th January (ballet class) and a selected recall on 14th January (ballet class and repertoire). It is essential applicants are available for both days. Audition is strictly in person and audition via company class or video is not possible at this time.

CALLBACKS: *You must be available for in person callbacks to be considered. June 30th - Principals July 2nd - Ensemble July 3rd - Final Callbacks Seeking: PRINCIPALS: Strong Singer/Actors with ability to sing both muscical theater and pop. Principals (Featured and Lead Vocalists) hired for CATS (3-4 performances weekly) will also perform in our Signature Production Show onboard the Oasis of the Seas, ONE SKY (3-4 performances weekly). Movement or dance ability a plus. Candidates must be available and willing to travel internationally aboard our ships. We welcome performers of all gender identities, abilities/exceptionalities, and body types. ENSEMBLE: Dancer/Singers with strong technical dance abilty.
