Oriental Land Company (OLC), in association with Disney Parks Live Entertainment is seeking Dancers for incredible live entertainment opportunities at Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo DisneySea®!

Contracts begin early 2026 and performers receive competitive performance fee, plus a monetary supplement for living expenses, round trip travel, private apartments (provided free of charge), 5-day work weeks, and the chance to experience one of the world’s most fascinating and vibrant cities.

ROLES:

Ballet/Jazz Dancers

Male-Presenting: 5’6” - 6’0” (167cm - 182cm) and Female-Presenting: 5’2”-5’7” (157cm - 170cm) , for both ensemble roles and to portray classic Disney characters featured in Mickey’s Magical Music World, the flagship theatre show at Tokyo Disneyland®. Performers must be trained in both ballet and jazz with exceptional stage presence and dynamic performance ability, along with a strong acting ability. (Contract term is approximately 14 months in length)

REQUIREMENTS:

・Must be at least 18 years of age when contracts begin.

・Must be willing to relocate to Japan for the duration of the contract.

・All performers must be fluent in English.

Oriental Land Company (OLC), in association with Disney Live Entertainment are seeking Disney Character Look-alikes for an incredible array of live entertainment at Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo DisneySea®!

Character look-alike performers use their improvisational skills and talent while appearing before thousands of guests each day in “meet and greets”, shows, parades, special events, etc. across Tokyo Disney Resort®. Certain performers may qualify for additional opportunities like some light stunt or aerialist work (training provided). Candidates should resemble the Characters in look and height; strong movement and acting ability are preferred though candidates of all levels of experience are encouraged to attend.

Male-Presenting Disney Character Look-alikes: 5’5”-6’0” (165cm - 183cm). Roles include iconic Disney Princes and Heroes: Captain Jack Sparrow, Gaston, Aladdin, Prince Charming, Prince Phillip, Mad Hatter, Peter Pan and more!

Female-Presenting Disney Character Look-alikes:  5’2”-5’7” (157cm - 170cm) , Roles include iconic Princesses, Heroines and notorious villains including: Princess Jasmine, Pocahontas, Alice, Wendy, Tinker Bell, Rapunzel, Ariel, Merida, Belle, Cinderella, Princess Aurora, Snow White, Cruella De Vil, Moana and more!
