Principals, Ensemble
SEEKING PRINCIPALS:
Strong Singer/Actors with ability to sing both muscical theater and pop. Featured and Lead Vocalists hired for GREASE (3-4 performances weekly) will also perform in our Signature Production Show on the Independence of the Seas: INVITATION TO DANCE (3-4 performances weekly). Movement or dance background ability a plus. Candidates must be available and willing to travel internationally aboard our ships.
SEEKING ENSEMBLE:
Strong dancer/singers, with professional performance background (i.e. theater, concert, etc.). Dancer/Vocalist Ensemble hired for GREASE (3-4 performances weekly) will also perform in our Signature production show onboard the Independence of the Seas: INVITATION TO DANCE (3-4 performances weekly). The ability to sing both musical theatre and pop is an asset. Strong, techinical dance abilites a must. Candidates must be available and willing to travel internationally aboard our ships.
Rehearsals: 06/06/24 - 07/31/24
Contract: 08/01/24 - 04/14/24
OPEN CALL INFORMATION:
Principals: Prepare two songs - one traditional musical theater and one pop/rock.
Ensemble: Please come prepared to dance first. Also prepare a 16 bar cut of a pop/rock song.
Bring headshot, resume, and personal songbook in case you are asked to sing something different.
We welcome performers of all gender identities, abilities/exceptionalities, and body types.
SEEKING:
FEATURED ACTORS/SINGERS
Excellent singers with strong, versatile acting ability. Good movement skills a plus. Will also perform in our original Signature Production.
LEAD VOCALISTS
Excellent singer/actors with good movements skills. Various vocal ensemble roles will be required to understudy principal roles. Will also perform in our original Signature Production.
ENSEMBLE DANCER/VOCALISTS
Outstanding dancers/singers with strong technical, contemporary and commercial abilities. Must be able to sing. Acro/Tumbling a plus. Will also perform in our original Signature Production.
