SEEKING PRINCIPALS:
Strong Singer/Actors, with professional performance background (i.e. theater, concert, etc.). Featured and Lead Vocalists hired for MAMMA MIA! (3-4 performances weekly) will also perform in our Signature Production Show onboard the Allure of the Seas: BLUE PLANET (3-4 performances weekly). The ability to sing both musical theatre and pop is an asset. Movement or dance background ability a plus. Candidates must be available and willing to travel internationally aboard our ships.
SEEKING ENSEMBLE:
Strong Dancer/Singers, with professional performance background (i.e. theater, concert, etc.). Dancer/Vocalist Ensemble hired for MAMMA MIA! (3-4 performances weekly) will also perform in our Signature Production Show onboard the Allure of the Seas: BLUE PLANET (3-4 performances weekly). The ability to sing both musical theatre and pop is an asset. Candidates must be available and willing to travel internationally aboard our ships.
OPEN CALL INFORMATION:
Principals: Prepare two songs - one traditional musical theater and one pop/rock.
Ensemble: Please come prepared to dance first. Also prepare a 16 bar cut of a pop/rock song.
Bring headshot, resume, and personal songbook in case you are asked to sing something different.
Rehearsals: 1/12/25 - 3/11/25
Contract: 3/12/25 - 12/14/25
We welcome performers of all gender identities, abilities/exceptionalities, and body types.
SEEKING:
SINGERS
Prior to your audition you will need to print out and prepare the audition material required. Also, come prepared with your best 16 – 32 bars of a ballad and an up-tempo in contrasting styles. Vocal styles should include: Pop/Rock, R&B, Contemporary Musical Theatre/Broadway, and Jazz. Sheet music is required in the proper key. Must have strong acting ability. Singers will be taught a movement combination and should come prepared with proper dance attire. All roles will also perform in our Signature Production Show.
DANCERS / ENSEMBLE
Prior to the audition you will need to print out and come prepared with the audition material required. Please click on the applicable link below. (Early 20s - Mid 30's) Strong dancers. Singing a plus. Some featured male ensemble roles have dance specialties for which Russian split jumps and acrobatics are a plus. Principal understudies and supporting roles such as Ali, Pepper, Eddie and Lisa will be cast out of the ensemble. All roles will also perform in our Signature Production Show.
