Disney Cruise Line® is conducting auditions for Mainstage Dancer needs for our newest ship, The Disney Adventure. Disney Cruise Line® takes pride in the art of theatrical storytelling, producing the highest calibre of entertainment at sea. Only Disney can tell stories in a unique and exciting way!

We hire a repertory company to perform full-scale musical theatre shows. Seeking a diverse range of performers to bring Disney’s stories to life! Must be trained in ballet and jazz. Some male-identifying roles require Tumbling and/or Tap.

Rehearsals begin in spring 2025, followed by an onboard contract. Contracts include competitive pay, travel, room and board – a significant contract completion bonus, and some guest dining privileges.

HOW TO AUDITION:

Step 1: Create/Update Performer Profile

Make sure your profile includes an up-to-date resume and contact information
All candidates must have a profile to audition

Step 2: Audition Day

Check-in promptly between 9:30-9:55 am (Studio 5)
Please come prepared in multiple styles
All candidates should wear appropriate athletic or dancewear
During the auditions, candidates may be asked to change their shoes. Female-identifying dancers will be asked to dance in heels
Candidates must be at least 18 years old

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

If selected, performers will be hired as crew and must complete all application, pre-employment, and onboarding requirements
Must be willing to comply with all Disney grooming guidelines and employment standards
All performers must be at least 18 years of age
All performers must be fluent in English (understanding, speaking, and writing)
Travel is required
We strongly encourage performers from all cultural backgrounds to audition
