MITTENS
The elf who’s always cheerful and been seconded to board passengers onto their sleigh and make sure they aren’t carrying any contraband, like penguins!

SNOWFLAKE
As the name suggests, happiest in the snow and will talk to anyone. Getting them to stop talking…… that’s another story.

ARBORIUM
A forest elf who makes sure the trees and shrubberies are kept happy. Comes across as a bit weird, but then he spends most of his time talking to trees & shrubberies!

BERNARD
A donkey with ideas above their station. Somehow has managed to infiltrate the North Pole Stables and is trying to get added to Santa’s sleigh team. (Voice Actor)

HOWDY DOODY
Played by 1 person; 2 guards at the Ice Castle. Doesn’t like visitors / absolutely loves visitors. None shall pass / everyone is welcome…… you get the idea. Also the instigator of a giant snowball fight...

ICE PRINCESS
Is always pleased to meet new friends and has a habit of bursting into song to entertain her guests.

PEGGY ASUS
Known as Peg. In charge of Sleigh traffic control. Makes sure all worm holes and magic portals are working to keep North Pole sleigh routes on time. (Can be played by a Dame)

CECIL
The Keeper of the North Pole. A job so important it’s all he has to do. Now, where’s that darned pole gone?!

MRS JESSICA CLAUS
The most amazing, kind, friendly, talkative, photogenic, sweet lady at the North Pole. Also happens to be married to Santa.

LANCE
Another reindeer from Santa’s stable, who is enjoying semi-retirement apart from when he’s rudely awakened by……. Anyone!! (Voice Actor)

CHEF BOB
The Chef in charge of making Santa’s gingerbread cookies. Classically trained and has 3 Michelin..... tyres. There is never a dull moment in Bob’s kitchen.
